A STREET FESTIVAL FOR VISUAL & PERFORMING ARTS
Sidewalk Festival is back for its 6th annual celebration of Detroit landscape and culture through performance and interactive art. We shy away from traditional stages – most performances take place in alleys, sidewalks, parking lots, the roofless warehouses of Artist Village and the street itself.
This year’s theme is SOURCE ↔ FUTURE. Artists are invited to explore concepts related to the sources in our world that determine our future: how the two interact, flow and engage in an interplay of positives and negatives.
FRIDAY, AUGUST 3, 2018
